Kate Swan - it doesnt seem like enough, it is very simple and doesnt pay attention to all areas of the body. climbing stairs will build you muscle though, which replaces fat. you should just watch your calories. cut down on fatty and sugary foods, and instead try eating healthy. different salads, pastas, nuts. what i would suggest is waking up in the morning and eating your breakfast, because skipping breakfast actually makes it harder to lose weight. after breakfast go for a 10-20 minute jog. then just leave it until after dinner, and go for another jog. jogging or bike riding is the best bet for you, for it pin points all areas of your body and burns off fat and calories fast, as well as building muscle for a nice toned body. goodluck
