Do You Have To Be Born With Freckles?
over the past years I've seen freckles appearing on my arm...one today...now there is 5. Do you have to be born with it or can you just get them like I do?

Bryon - Freckles come and go just depends on lifestyle. How much sun you get, some on your dna.
