Could I Have Just Had A Heart Attack?

396545385 I had a terrible chest pain, so naturally, I laid down to catch my breath but it only got worse. Then while checking my pulse, the pain in my chest got excruciating and I felt my heart stop for about 3 seconds... could I have just had a heart attack?

    Donna B. - call 911, you need to be assessed by a Dr.. How long did your chest pain last?


    EDIT: Jamie your only 20 so the chances of it being a heart attack are low. If you take BCP and smoke it could be a pulmonary embolism so get to an emergency department for an assessment.
