lo_mcg - I have no idea about your running ability, but I know you don't have lung cancer. You're a high school kid according to your other posts. Kids don't get lung cancer. Lung cancer is almost unheard of in people under 40, and it doesn't happen to teenagers
hockey 101 - yes you can. my friend had cancer on her lung (not lung cancer but it was inside her lung, it's comlicated) and she played soccer and ran miles each day for months without noticing, until she got to stage 2 almost 3.
