Ian - I really dont want to affect your self esteem or anything but in my opinion I think you are fat yes. However, you are not a lot overweight so I think with a better diet and proper exercise you can be a bit more toned
T - Check your body mass index on an internet calculator. You are probably fine, but fitness is different everyone can benefit from more exercise these days
nola - I do not think you are fat. You are where a lot of women want to be. I mean real women with sexy curves. Just maintain your weight. Do not go beyond a size12. Trust me you do not need extra fat. Do 20mins cardio 2 times a week and eat as you used to. This way you can stay in shape, get toned with minimum effort.
