I exercise every single day for half an hour. (running at a very fast pace.)
Okay so...Yesterday I ate only 360 calories, but I didn't exercise...
And today, I ate nearly 1000 calories, but I ran for nearly 2 hours. (I had a 60 calorie Acaiberry Popsicle for breakfast, 1 strawberry, a salad without dressing, and a slightly small portion of tilapia nothing added on it, with sliced potatoes - nothing added on it either.)
I'm panicking right now because I'm afraid I'm gonna gain weight from this?!?
Issabale Plop - wow im 5''3 and 92 BUT before you judge me i have bulimia if i can throw my food up and loose weight...dear, you will not gain ANYTHING
