Is Menthol Bad For Your Skin?

So i bought a facial cleanser/mask from neutrogena and it said it had methol in it.
Does menthol do anything bad to ur skin long term effect wise?
Im 13 and i just dont want wrinkles at a young age or some weird disease.
Im not planning on using the cleanser much, just when i have bad acne or as a spot treatment
