I use allergy medicine each day (the brand is equate) but I don't want to be so dependent on this medicine, because I have heard that it isn't good for my system. What can I use that works? Or is it ok to take this medicine every day?
dancer6002 - i feel the same way. I have been taking zyrtek and nasonex for about 3-4 years now. I went to my DR and asked if if was ok to be so dependent on them and apparently its fine and wont hurt anything.
