feline*love - Get a Neti Pot. It irrigates your nasal cavity I use mine and it helps me breath so much better. You mix saline with the warm water in the pot and then bend over and put it in your nose the water comes out on the other nostril. Make sure you put saline in the pot (without it you will burn your nose).
Does anyone have any good remedies that'll help cure blocked noses?
