my braces have been off for 1 year, and I wear my retainers (both top and bottom) every night. This morning I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out. When would it be safe to go back to bed with retainers?

Jen - I would say like a week, no longer. I have had my braces off for years and years and I waited two weeks and I wish I hadn't waited so long haha!
