Is My Sub Choice Healthy?

396545382 I just wanted to know if what I normally get at subway is healthy :
Italian bread (Footlong)
No cheese, not toasted
Lettuce, Cucumbers,Green peppers, black olives
Sub sauce

Is this a good choice? I sometimes get this :

Italian bread (Footlong) toasted
White cheese
Pizza sauce
Black olives

How about that? Is that good or bad?

  2. Jasmine - Without cheese, your normal favorite seems like the healthier of the two. Note that the fattening ingredients are also in the sauce. Choose the lightest sauce.
