MichaelG - That's exactly what you need to do, Drinking chocolate milk is good because of protein. anything with protein should be good and little carbs won't hurt.
The Giant - it is suggested that you eat after working out.Some sources say you should get some protien in you within 30 min after your work out so that your body can begin healing.
Morgan Powell - yes! the best time to workout is within 1-2 hours after you wake up. then eat breakfast after working out because working out in the morning helps you burn 35% more fat then exercising at night:)
Katie - Yes, you SHOULD anyway.. If you don't, your muscles might break down and your metabolism might slow as a result. Contrary to popular belief, you need to EAT to burn fat! Lol! :)
