Am I Having An Allergic Reaction To My Medication?
Last month I started taking minocycline which my doctor perscribed to me for my acne. Last night I started getting itchy everywhere like my feet, hands, neck, and face and it won't go away. I've been taking it for about a month and I haven't had this before. I'm not allergic to anything that I know of.

cragga - I don't know if minocycline is a medication that dries out your skin, but it probably is.
ReplyDeleteYou should contact your doctor immediately to find out if this is normal.
If they tell you it is normal, you're all good.
Also, if you read the medication details, they usually tell you about the side effects.
If you see itchyness as one of them, then don't worry about it.
To play it safe, contact the doctor and ask, its their job to tell you.
