I Can't Get Nice Abs?

396545382 I'm 15 years old and I've worked out ALL summer. Every other day including cutting out all the junk food from my diet. I would work my abs every two days doing the P90X ab ripper X routine as well as crunches, bicycles, and the ab machine at the gym. I would also do about 20 minutes of cardio each time and my stomach is still thick in the bottom near my belly button. Could anyone PLEASE give me some advice?

  1. Zaza - P90X is a great program because it is motivating. But it sounds like you need to do more cardio. Cardio will burn the fat around your stomach, not crunches.

  2. Tortilla Soup - If you lost weight while doing it, you're getting closer but for them to show, you have to have less than 7% body fat. It sounds like a reasonable work out so just keep it up!
