Is This A Good Diet Plan?

396545382 Breakfast- nothing and i know i know breakfast is important but i honestly feel nautious when i eat breakfast and we have early lunch at school so i don't get hungry till then.

lunch-cereal bar and a red powerade

dinner- salad and salmon

I will do a walk/run circuit for 20 minutes everyday plus 500 reverse situps and 1 hour of swimming on the weekends and possibly wednsdays and also i;m going to start walking dogs for 1 hour every monday wedsnday and friday will i loose weight?? i weigh 190 punds i'm 14 years old and i'm 5 ft 6" tall

  1. Maria Flores - i probably would suggest eating breakfast, coz that helps me a lot but if you don't like it, dont force yourself

    i would suggest that at lunch you eat more foods such as eggs, kidney beans, chick peas and maybe some skinless chicken (you need more protein in your diet)

    but you also seem to exercise a lot so you diet plan is quite good
