I start band camp next week. I just got my braces off 3 weeks ago. I got my retainers about a week and a half ago and have worn them all day everyday since the time I got them. I start band camp next week. I just got my braces off 3 weeks ago. I got my retainers about a week and a half ago and have worn them all day everyday since the time I got them. My band camp is 8 hours a day for a week. Will my teeth be ok if I don't wear my retainers during band camp?
