How To Define Abdominal Muscles. Please Do Not Reply If You Don't Know What Your Talking About!?

396545382 I don't have any dumb bells, weights, or anything I can use as a workout machine. Thank you.
Also, Im only thirteen so my ribs show, would that affect anything?

  1. Sam - Okay. I am a girl..but i know what to do. As a dancer i have to have strong core muscles so, do sit ups and push ups every day. (yes situps help). When you wake up do 40 situps and 15 pushups. Then the same at night. Another exersize is lifting your feet six inches off the ground and holding it there for 30 seconds at a time. You have to tighten and use your stomach muscles for that exersize. And if you start shaking, its good. Means its using the muscles. Also try planking postion. Its like the push up positipn bit your whole body should be lower. Hold this for 1 minute at a time. It works your stomach and arms. Doing situps while holding somthing heavy above your helps. Also, do situps leaning diffrent ways to work on each side. Basically, you have to build up more muscle in your abs before they'll befine.
