Any Suggestions On Staying Healthy, Active, And Positive?

  1. Advice by Renee - 1) Begin your day by reading scripture or something positive.

    2) Exercise (join a fitness program) or walk.

    3) Change your diet, don't eat after a certain time.

    4) Take a daily vitamin.

    5) Get plenty of rest and drink lots of water.

  2. Isabella- Viva la Resistance - I had a friend who put pics of models all over her house, for motivation. she was struggling to lose weight and claimed this was working for her. I know it must be difficult but try and visualise the end result, I always think of how I still want to look and feel at 50. I'm 33 now and I'm trying everything I can to stay healthy and looking good. of course I eat a slab of chocolate now and then which is fine, but I don't lose focus. hope this helps. good luck
