
So I am 13, 5'4'' and 130 pounds. I would like to lose the 10 pounds i gained over the summer and was wondering how long it will take me to do that if i do it the healthy way (like exercise, good diet, etc.) And also when working out is it more important to worry about how long you are working out or how many calories you are burning? Thanks! :)

ReplyDeleteAlex Williams - It will take you about a month to lose that weight in a healthy way, I recommend running, swimming, and dancing, because they really help tone the body as well as help you drop weight. And how many calories you burn is more important.
