
Im 16' male, 5'10 tall, 178 lbs, size 32 waist. I have some love handles, lower belly fat, and bum fat, It is not a lot, but I still want to lose 10-15 lbs and get nice and slim and have a lower body fat percentage. I mainly need to tone up. I was thinking that as soon as I get up, I'll go for a run for 20-30 mins everyday in the morning before I eat anything. Will this torch fat at a pretty fast rate, if I also watch what I eat? Also, what else should I do to lose this fat asap? Thanks
MissChris - Running in the morning sounds like a good plan. Since March I have changed my eating and exercise habits and have lost about 23 pounds.
ReplyDeleteButterfly! - actually what would have you lose weigth faster is in the morning before you go out running...eata light breakfast...studies have shown that eating breakfast actually helps you lose weight. Also you won't be as tired from running if you eat before you leave. Also make sure you drink plenty of water if your going running...even the day before drink a lot of water and stay hydrated.
