
(by dieting i mean really healthy eating and not stuffing myself) But i want to be a model and if i want to try out for America's Next Top Model in 5 years i figured i needed to start dieting and exercising and keeping teeth white in such. Should i start now or later. I am sorta skinny tho
Erika - If ur skinny then u should work out and exercise to make urself looks toned a little and jut over all not a no curves skinny girl!

ReplyDeleteNoelle St john - That's certainly never a bad idea! I've recently changed my diet completely and have been eating healthier foods and exercising a lot. Try having 5 small meals a day. Make sure you eat fiber filled foods (fruits and veggies), and stay away from carbs, such as pastas, breads, chips, etc. You can still enjoy desserts and treat yourself, but moderation is key. If you have an extreme sweet tooth, try some kind of sorbet, instead of a fatty ice cream. Yoplait LIGHT desserts are also a non-fattening way to treat yourself (only a 100 calories!) and so good! Eat raw foods, and stay away from fried things. Drink TONS and tons of water, and hot teas. I drink more than the recommended amount (about 8 bottles a day), but I think this has played a large role in my weight loss.
ReplyDeleteEXERCISING is key. Get 3-4 days of cardio in every week. Try spending 60-70 minutes with intervals. Just don't overdue it, but push yourself. It will get easier every time. Toning exercises are important. Do crunches, sit ups, pull ups, weight training, squats, lunges, etc. The pounds will fall off before you know it!
Just remember, DON'T try starving yourself to lose weight so you can be "model thin". It's not attainable and unrealistic. Trust me, I've been through hell before, trying to lose weight and got myself sick from starving my body. It doesn't work, just trust me on this one.
