Is A Blood Pressure Of 101/60 Too Low?

396545385 My pulse is 44 bpm. I take a beta blocker for hand tremors, so i try to keep an eye on my bp. I think this is the lowest I've seen.

  1. Keddeck125 - No it's not that low in fact some people can have lower blood pressure. One time i had blood pressure as low as 96/54. As long as you don't have any symptoms of dizziness and feeling sick then you should be fine. But if you do feel dizzy or are feeling sick or having any other symptoms then go to the hospital other then that you should be fine. Be happy with blood pressure like that it means you don't have high blood pressure which is good.

  3. Bri Webb - Its normal. Mine has been lower. Just as long as its at least 90/60 then youre good. Even if it gets lower its not necessarily a bad thing if you dont have the symptoms of low blood pressure.

  4. Robert - My wife takes a specific tremor medication
She also takes a beta blocker and an ACE inhibitor for heypertension.
When her blood pressure is in that range her heart rate is 60 to 70, when her blood pressure is in the 130 plus range her heart rate is in the low 50s to high 40s.
