Im 11 Years Old Eating Problems?

396545382 ok everytime i see food i just cant help myself im 5"2 and i weigh 124 pounds and thats alot for my age.. And when i get full after one bite i just keep eating and eating because you know i feel weird if i dont get more and every night i go in to the pantry and the fridge and just eat eat and eat is there anyway to stop this.IS this bad????? PLEASE HELP ME I CANT STOP THIS!!!!! =(

  2. Mary - PLEASE PLEASE do not listen to Trolly, throwing up is NOT the answer!! And puberty could be causing you to get a bigger appetite, and i would suggest exercise, that way you could burn off the calories you consumed. Trying to stop all at once would be difficult to try to eat a little less each time, and keep yourself busy so you do not think about the food. I hope this helped and good luck :D

  3. Allyissa Jackson - IDk if this will work but try eating only one flavour and take your mind away food. I personally struggle with an eating disorder but its completly oppisite of yours. (ps please do try it) but just remember, your body is still growing. And for your height, your weight is normal. I know your age does play a role in this, but i can garuntee youll look like a model in the coming years :) good luck

  4. Bella - it's okay. Because you are growing and you might eat more than you used to be. Your weight and height sound great, you shouldn't worry about it. What i want to tell you is :) just eat whatever you want then don't forget to burn them off. Swimming, walking, running... any kind of sports, they are all good for you. You're just 11 plus your body is changing. This is normal. Everyone has been this way. Anyway, it is okay to eat junk food but try not to eat them much. If you eat healthy food, there is no way you can be fat. You are not fat, i think you're definately healthy. Lucky you because i wasn't healthy like you when i was at 11. I had to live with Anorexia ( it's a eating disorder) for 3 years. I'm still struggling with it everyday but i'm much better. Try drinking a cup of water before eating your meal. Eat slowly. enjoy the taste, wait a minute before you continue eating something ( it helps you realize that you are full and you'd easily stop eating). Don't forget to exercise and DON'T LISTEN TO THE FIRST ANSWER UP THERE, THROWING UP AFTER EATING WOULD KILL YOU ( it is also an ED called bulimic). Goodluck
