I Have A Urinating Problem?:(?

396545384 I'm a girl and I drink only water and juice and teas. And when I use the restroom to urinate I always pee but right after I am done I need to go again and I sit down again and nothing comes out or sometimes just little drops of urine. I do hold in my urine for a long time sometimes when I am busy. Hopefully I get some help. Thank you!

    Urination - if men or women wait too long to pass urine and urine stays in the bladder for a long time, germs can multiple, and worsen a UTI.

    Try not to hold your urine for too long and try to avoid caffeine drinks. Try to drink cranberry juice.
    Try to take showers instead of baths.
    Avoid tight fitting clothes.
    Drink plenty of water.
    Urinate after sexual intimacy
    Wipe correctly after bowel movement

    Seek medical treatment as soon as possible in order to avoid chronic UTI infections.
