Rachel Alex - You should go back and see your dentist, and he will either fix it or make a new one for you. There is no point of wearing a retainer if it doesn't fit right because its purpose is to hold your teeth in their position and it can't do that if it isn't shaped correctly.
But it docent fit right anymore. I bent it back ad good as I could but it just feels weird. Please
