Sorry of you've seen this before but I needed to add more. Ok I'm a 13 yr old girl and I eat between 600-700 calories a day but not because I'm anorexic just because I don't feel hungry and I still weigh 150 lbs. Why do I weigh so much if I don't eat enough calories and I eat pretty healthy?!?!
Hannah - Even if you don't feel like it, your body is in starvation mode. Meaning it will hold on to all the excess fat on your body (mainly stomach) just to stay functioning. You must eat at LEAST 1,200 calories for your body to operate correctly. Plus, your young! Your metabolism is so fast, you can eat more!
ReplyDelete---It also may be the food your eating...is it 600 calories of junk food? If so, that's what's making you gain weight.
A Random Chick - I suggest you eat more during the day, because the more you keep on eating and burning off the calories the faster your metabolism will become. Eat healthy foods, like oatmeal, granola, fruits, veggies, whole wheat etc...
