I wake up in the morning and my mose is completely plugged up and it takes about 2 hours to get it unplugged and lots of Kleenex! I use antihistimines as my doctor suggested and it's fine during the day, but it is terrible when I wake up in the am. Secretkid - Have you tried Advil Cold and Sinus Medicine? It brings down the inflammation in your sinus so you will be able to breath thru your nose. I know what you are going through, I have been there. Every year I will do the same thing but the Advil Cold & Sinus Medicine works for me.

pennypincher - Can you use a nasal spray? A steroidal one, such as Beconase AQ or Nasonex work much better than antihistamines. You could also get an air purifier for your bedroom.
