Do I Have Ovary Cancer?

396545116 Well I am pretty constipated but before I have to make bowel movements or randomly once a day (usually once a day) I have this ab pain(cramps). And a little back pain today. I use to have nausea but that stopped :). But I was bloating but this was the first time because I was eating mexican food so I guess I really was just full. I have not lost my appetite but since I ate all that mexican food lol I guess I am pretty full. the back pain does not get worse in fact I think it is better but I do sit a lot. Well I don't get abdominal pains but I get stomach aches like diarrhea pain but I am not sure if a stomach ache and ab pains are the same thing so. anyway no weird abnormal discharge or frequency of urination or vaginal bleeding. And I am stressing so I may or might not get menstrual next month but then again I just started menstruating for less than a year almost a year though so it is not uncommon for me to have on and off periods so help!!! is it because i used toilet paper as a pad???as a temporary x( PLEASE HELP and don't tell me to go to a doctor just yet I just need your opinion if this could be it

  3. cute - You are describing the symptoms of ovarian cancer, irritable bowel syndrome ect... I can be anything but most of the time ovarian cancer has no symptoms untill you are in stage 3 then you are dead. I do not mean to scare you but that is what my mom had and she died. I know you do not want to hear go to the doctor but I would go to a GYN and ask him for a transvaginal ultrasound. You do not want to go to the doctor when you have symptoms it will be to late so keep doing this once a year for prevention. I doubt you have ovarian cancer it sounds like you have irritable bowel syndrome but so does everyone from time to time. Ovarian treatment is very curable if treated early so get regular transvaginal and pelvic ultrasound.
