Can Cancer Be Backstaged?

396545116 Like if someone has stage four cancer can it be staged back to stage three? Or are they pretty much cooked?
Thank you for being honest, Denise. My dad was a great man and I am sure he will be missed by all- especially myself.

    april - Cancerous tumors may shrink or go away. Cancer doesn't retreat.

    Tarkarri - The staging of cancer is determined at time of diagnosis.

    Even though I no longer have any sign of cancer my cancer was and will always be stage 3.
