Don't get me wrong, I think big butts made purely of fat are not attractive and having a small one is better... but it is FLAT! Which is also unattractive to me.
In the summer, I plan to:
1) 50 Mountain climber, crunches, wall sits, push ups, bicycles (on ground) at home
2) Walk on weekends
3) Go to the gym for an hour at least five times a week - do stepper, stationary bike, treadmill, elliptical...
Roman Z - I don't know if it will make your butt bigger... but it will definitely firm it up.
