
All the women in my family are thin but have unusually large butts for there body type. I am like this too. btw It's called pear shaped right?? lol anyway, I'm pretty thin, I'm just out of shape and my butt is saggier than I would like. Would flexing and releasing over time do any good? If so, how long should I do it and when will I see results? Thanks!
jose - Yes, but best results will come from squats and lunges. Leg curls, leg presses and things like that are golden too
