I am 124 pounds and 5'8 im 14. I have a small frame, when I was 134 pounds (heaviest i've been) i was a size 4 in jeans. Its all in my lower stomach and inner thighs:(
I've lost a couple pounds but i'm going hardcore for the next 7 days to reach my goal of 120.
This is my plan:
Run (treadmill) 20 minutes burning 230 calories
Bike (stationary) 1 hr burning 280 calories
Along with eating 800-1,200 healthy as possible calories.
I'm trying to eat little carbs and sugary stuff but cookies are my favorite food and its christmas time...
I'm also drinking loads of water.
I did this today and I feel good
Is this 4 pounds possible?
Any tips?

ReplyDeleteThat's not a good excuse. If you want to lose the weight, cut out all the junk food. Once you've reached your goal weight, you can introduce it back in, but in small amounts.

Drink only water. No soda or any other crap. Water fills you up, while soda can make you want to eat more.
It's possible and probable, but only if you stop making excuses and go for it.
