  1. Larae Cromer - You should be fine if you're eating relatively healthy. I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. Just pay attention to portion control and make sure you're not overloading on the healthy stuff, putting you over you daily caloric limit

  3. Magician - heres what you need to look at,
foods that take long to digest ruin you.
for example, eating some chicken before a workout is wiser compared to, eating it AFTER.
see what you want to do is eat MORE calories BEFORE working out rather than after, unless ha you want to be buff .
so my advice is, this, eat the same, just stop eating dairy products, (they DO ABSOLUTELY NO good for us) and eat meats only BEFORE working out. also.
sugar turns to fat of course if unused.
you do know that foods such as ,bread, pasta, potatoes, after eating basically get broken down into sugar and then turn into fat.
yeah its true, its because they have a high glycemic index, (what does that mean?)
glycemic index is the meausre of how fast foods break down and acting as type of sugar to us, (which turns to fat if unused)
basically everyfood is meausred on this, if the GI (glycemic index) is high, thats bad. ha because the higher it is, the faster it turns to sugar.
bread, pasta, potatoes, EVEN rice. (yup) are all high GI. which means if you eat these after a workout, although low on fat etc. they STILL effect you.
    so what to do?
eat these foods BEFORE a workout. along with high calorie foods.
sugar is EASILY burned off. we need it to workout. so just think about that.
your best off eating low GI foods, after. most fruits and vetgetalbes are low, (why?) because they are NATURAL sugars. not artificial gross sugar that turns into fat at the speed of light.

i hope this helps, BTW when you do eat these foods after. just drink more water and eat them separately. that way the body will burn up the sugar load once at a time, rather than ALL at once.

    good luck!

  4. Nightwind: Mwa ha ha! - If you want to lose weight, you almost always need to change your eating habits in addition to getting more exercise. You need to eat less calories than you burn. It's that simple. "Whole wheat" may have more nutrition than white bread, but it still has a load of carbs, which means a load of calories.
