i have braces , the doctor told me to brush my teeth after any meal, but in school i cant really brush my teeth ..i just was wondering if u brush ur teeth in school ...
ok, but is it weird to brush ur teeth in school?

Nikkilove31 - Your suppose to but when i had braces i didn't. I just brushed my teeth in the morning and at night..
ReplyDeletepari - no u dont hav to brush . but rinse it nicely with fresh water.so that al food particles are dislodged. brush only twice a day.

ReplyDeletereally what im doing now is i dont eat in school, but when i do is ask a friend if i dont have food stuck in them although you can usually feel it, and then brush my teeth as soon as i get home
and personally i would feel weird brushing my teeth infront of people, although i have seen a girl before and i didnt think it was weird
Dr Akhil - you can do water rinses in school and brush when you come back home.
ReplyDeleteNicoleH - I never did I just did when i got home from school. it's not that big of a deal as long as you brush well at least twice a day you won't get gross teeth after braces.
