So mine is 93/50 with my pulse being 68.. I'm a new mommy, and I don't really excersise since I had a c-section 2months ago I'm afraid to. I do have a job tho. Also I'm 5ft1 and 110lbs (didn't know if that was important or not)
Hope - That is a bit low, but it's normal. It ideally should be 120/80 or 115/75. You shouldn't be afraid to exercise :( You pulse is normal too. I am sick with Hypothyrodism and my thyroid effects my heart rate sometimes.
Dylan Pointon ® - Blood pressure is a bit low 90/60-120/80 is the normal. Your Pulse rate is fine 60-100 is normal in that area. Best to see a doctor about your low blood pressure
And do u suffer from any symptoms with the Hypotension. if so get to the ER right now or wait to see your physician if it isn't that bad
Your blood pressure is good, so is your heart rate. The key thing to remember is that these numbers are NOT important. You have not stated any sign or symptom which would lead me to believe that your heart is failing and is therefore unable to generate sufficient pressure. Hearts do not fail at 20. As long as you are asymptomatic there is nothing to worry about. Consider starting exercising for the sake of your young one.
Rajinder - Ur blood pressure is low. But nothing to worry about unless it causes some symptoms as well. The following should help in restoring ur normal blood pressure.
Blood pressure claims 33% of lives in the world every year.
Blood pressure is caused due to excess fluid in the body. So u are given medicines to reduce fluid thru frequent urination. The first common enemy for blood pressure has been declared to be salt for last 50 years or more. But there is no scientific basis of that statement till date.
Salt helps in drawing water from vegetables and that helps in preserving the vegetables or other food items for longer periods. So if a person drinks salt and water over empty stomach for 24 hours and then stops fluid intake completely for the next 24 hours the result will be huge amounts of urination and easy movement of stools for next week.
Restrict water and other intake to 750 ml in 24 hours. Drink 250 ml water (1 glass) one hour before each meal. Once in 4 days give up water for 24 hours.
That will cause the blood pressure to come in normal range.
All other drugs, medicines and foods simply fool u and does no good.
Increasing the water intake to control blood pressure is the biggest foolish idea.
