so my friend was diagnosed with GERD but i did some research and i think he has Gastric ulcer. He does not have any heartburn, no acid reflux and no pain in the throat. The pain that he has stays in the stomach and he has nausea, unintentional weight loss, stomach pains in the morning and usually getting worse when he eats. is it possible that the doctor miss diagnosed him?they did do a colonoscopy and blood work
