396545385 Would reduce cardiac function be a clinical manifestations say, heart failure or coronary artery disease.
Or would it be more like murmurs is a clinical manifestations of valve regurgitation.

  1. clapper - The heart has one job and that is to pump oxygenated blood to the body,or Oxygenation of Tissue. The pulse rate and the blood pressure are products of the heart performing its job. Reduced cardiac function is the indicator of an individuals need for cardiac support. If an individual has symptoms of poor tissue oxygenation then they will require some support or an intervention program. Successful heart surgery is not a turn up at emergency for the quick triple bypass.or valve change .Valve regurgitation that is trivial may not show up as poor oxygenation but once it becomes a threat to life it does and a support plan needs to be made before this happens..

  2. aziz - clinical manifestation means highly clear clinical example, now you can distinguish it easily. Eg: murmur is a sign.

  3. chandra k - Coronary artery dx is one of most common cause of reduce cardiac function..heart failure is the reduced heart function below the level at which normal life activites r performed without any complaint. Ofcourse heart dx wil be manifest..may be as dyspnea, oedema,or angina in CAD. Murmurs r one of the manifestations.
