I really want to lose about 5 to 10 lb and I don't want it to take forever! Are there any workouts or activities that will help me lose weight quicker? Also what are some foods that I should be eating throughout the week? Breakfast foods? Lunch foods? &dinner? Answers and opinions would be nice, please help!
