What Could Be Causing Green/yellowish Color On Tongue?
My tongue has a little bit of yellow/greenish color in the middle. I have been sick for the past few days and I also burned my mouth yesterday from hot chocolate. Is that why it's that color or could it be something more serious?
dracomullet - You need to brush your tongue as often as you brush your teeth. You replace taste buds quite often and if you don't scrape them off, you will swallow them. Yellow Green in color, I would say is a combination of burned buds and old buds. You should scrape and rinse with an over the counter mouthwash, it will burn like H-E-Double Hockey Sticks but it should help.
