Aadi - 1st it'l bcum flat and den 6 pack. Anyway doing only sit ups wont do anythin. U'v to do more than dt. Along wid that do crunche's. Do 20 to 30 crunche's if possible till u can't do 1more then giv 30 sec break and again do till failure(can't do anymore) den again giv 30 sec break. Like this do it 5 times repeatedly. And so soon as u finish crunche's egg 3 or 4 egg whites.
