If this heart rate was taken at rest then it is too high.
Heart rate more than 100 beats per minute is called sinus tachycardia. It may warrant treatment. Classic adult heart rate in books is 72 beats per minute. Heart rate of less than 60 beats is called sinus bradycardia and may need treatment.
