I have moderate acne. It's not awful. I don't break out as much as I use to, but I still have marks on my face, so I cover those up.Not to sound conceited, but I'm not an ugly person. I just am insecure about my face sometimes.
I am able to cover it up though to make it look like it's not even there.
Is that okay? Can I still look pretty, or feel pretty with some acne?
Will others still be my friend?

ReplyDeleteYou can do whatever you want with you face with or without acne or makeup. It is OK.
Whether or not you look pretty is all up to you. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you think you are pretty, then that is all it matters.
If people around you dislike you for having acne, then you need to find a new crowd love you for your other qualities like makeup expertise.
If you do not treat your acne now, then it can cause a lot of damage to your skin in the long run, especially if you are a person of color or have a history of scarring.
