Ojhal - you are only 18 years,, why r u tesed or depressed dear..its not the age to worry about something. u just have to enjoy ur life dear. dnt worry abt things..u just need to do meditation and yoga..try to do in the morning every day...ur problem will be solved soon. plzz do yoge every morning. simply do kapalbhati 15min and anulom vilom 10 min, brastika 5 min..and ujjaiye 3 min
and ramdev baba jo subha morning mein yoga sikhate hai tv pe aata hai subha woh dekh ke karo..sari problem khatm ho hayege...bcz high bp directly tension se juda huaa hai..or tension or depression sub mediation or yoga se khatm ho jayega to hing bp hoga he nhi....

  2. gangadharan nair - You should pay more attention for stress management.
    * Attitude: A person's attitude can influence whether or not a situation or emotion is stressful. A person with a negative attitude will often report more stress than would someone with a positive attitude.
    * Diet: A poor diet puts the body in a state of physical stress and weakens the immune system. As a result, a person can be more likely to get infections. A poor diet can mean unhealthy food choices, not eating enough, or not eating on a normal schedule.
    * This form of physical stress also decreases the ability to deal with emotional stress, because not getting the right nutrition may affect the way the brain processes information.
    * Physical activity: Not getting enough physical activity can put the body in a stressed state. Physical activity has many benefits, including promoting a feeling of well-being.
    * Support systems: Almost everyone needs someone in their life they can rely on when they are having a hard time. Having little or no support makes stressful situations even more difficult to deal with.
    * Relaxation: People with no outside interests, hobbies, or other ways to relax may be less able to handle stressful situations.
Adopt DASH diet (Mediterranean diet). Eat a low-cholesterol, low-fat diet, which includes cottage cheese, fat-free milk, fish, vegetables, poultry, and egg whites. Use monounsaturated oils such as olive, peanut, and canola oils or polyunsaturated oils such as corn, safflower, soy, sunflower, cottonseed, and soybean oils. Avoid foods with excess fat in them such as meat (especially liver and fatty meat), egg yolks, whole milk, cream, butter, shortening, pastries, cakes, cookies, gravy, peanut butter, chocolate, olives, potato chips, coconut, cheese (other than cottage cheese), coconut oil, palm oil, and fried foods.

  3. ASHWIN.MBBS - AGE-18
    BP-SYSTOLIC-140,DIASTOLIC 80 AND 90

YOUR DIASTOLIC BLOOD PRESSURE IS NORMAL .
YOUR SYSTOLIC BLOOD PRESSURE IS NORMAL HIGH RANGE WHICH MEANS THAT YOUR HEART BEAT RATE IS ALSO HIGH.....AND YOU SAID THAT YOU HAVE TENSION .WHEN YOU BECOME TENSED , WORRIED , OR IN STRESS ..ADRENALINE IS SECRETED INTO THE BLOOD IN LARGE AMOUNT ..WHICH CAUSES RAISE IN YOUR HEART BEAT RATE WHICH CAUSES BLOOD PRESSURE TO INCREASE VERY MUCH .THIS IS THE MAJOR CAUSE .NOTHING BAD,DONT WORRY AND BE COOL BY MEDITATION .AVOID SALT IN YOUR FOOD , AVOID JUNK AND OILY ,FATTY FOOD ITEMS .
DONT WORRY AND BE COOL ALWAYS .WORRY MAKES YOU UNHEALTHY.
