~ is it a really big sin to cause vanity to god?

The question of vanity is a question you have to answer for yourself, based on your personal beliefs and worldview. I personally see nothing wrong with improving your physical appearance if you have the financial resources to do so, as long as your desire to seek plastic surgery doesn't stem from a psychological condition that would better be treated in a therapist's office.
Your last two questions are answered in the links I provided at the beginning of my answer.
Good luck, and be sure to do your homework on this if you decide to go forward with it. It's your one-and-only body, so don't put it in the hands of a surgeon you aren't absolutely sure about!

ReplyDeleteLeonilla - there are many ways to improve the shape of your nose WITHOUT surgery. Surgery costs 8,000 USD and its not worth it specially if the problem is minor. Not to mention you will look FAKE. Here are the things I highly recommend:

In summary, I really recommend nose magic for permanent long lasting and cost effective results.
