How To Get 6 Pack Abs??

396545382 I'm 5'9, 15 years old and 143 pounds, I don't have a completely flat stomach and still growing......
Any tips, diets and/or exercises to get washboard abs would be appreciated and how long would it take to get abs......

    Eating usually, and train your legs. As your leg muscles are so big, they'll burn a lot of calories. Running is not advised. Merely working out.

    Also keep on doing crunches & whatever floats your sixpack-boat, but if you want a flat stomach working out is the only way.

  2. Mekael Beyene - Do 30 minutes of cardio everyday. This includes a power walk, and biking. You already have six pack abs but they're hidden underneath a layer of fat. So doing cardio will help you burn calories,

    Do ab exercises. Not just sit ups, but crunches, the bicycle, leg raise, etc.

    Finally, diet. Take out any fast food from your diet. Replace it with fruits, vegetables, steak, meat. Anything with protein. Drink tons of water every day.

  3. *USMC* - First if you are like me when i was 15 you dont know shit about nutrition.
    You need to eat as soon as you wake up and do mountain climbers as long as you can, along with pushups, and planks.

    Then you need to eat a snack between breakfast and lunch such as nuts and steamed veggies,

    Eat protein with every single meal as it helps raise you metabolism.

    Go to youtube and search sixpackshortcuts for some awesome workout videos.

    and focus on full body workouts instead of just crunches because specific ab exercises do not burn the fat of your lower stomach.

    These workouts are like 3 sets of 30 seconds each. Rest 60 seconds inbetween sets.
    mountian climbers, squat thrusts and high knees. Its a cardio workout that burns fat very well.
