Angela Margo - Unfortunately I have the same problem and the only thing that I find effective is a day and night regime of cleasing, toning and moisturizing. In some cases it doesn't work and in some cases it does. You just have to be loyal to this regine and you will eventually reap the rewards. It can be a pain and it can lower your confidence but just remember, acne is only an adolescent thing and it will go away so don't be too down about it. Just think of the beautiful skin your going to have when the acne is cleared up. Another thing you can try is medication from the doctor. I was prescribed Duac (gel that is used to clear the external acne) and tablets called Minosil 100 mg (clear the acne internally killing it at the root). I did find they worked alot and cleared my acne up. I hope this helps you. Chin up pet!x
