
ok so i am a 15 year old girl. i am 5'3" and 305 pounds. both my parents work from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm from monday-saturday, so they work all the time. im in summer vacation now so its just me and my 6 month old baby sister in our apartment all day, and my boyfriend likes to come over (he lives right across from me). i am always taking care of my sister, i change her diaper, i feed her, i put her formula in her bottle and so many other things. beleive me i love my sister its just she can be a hand full sometimes. and with taking care of my sister i get stressed out and i when i get stressed i eat and thats why i eat so much. i have decided to lose weight cause i am just sick of being fat and everytime im with my BF i feel very insecure beause hes like 6'0 tall and only like 140 pounds. as for now i cant do much excersize i can only walk a few feet until i have to take a break.
what im asking is
what excersizes can i do now?
and how can i stop stress eating?
Manuel Chic - Well first go in a diet you know eat healthy dont eat nothing with alot of fat in it and for the exercise try to take a walk in the mornings take ur babysister with you and i hope diz helpz

ReplyDeleteCatherine Connelly - did you mean to put 305 pounds? or 205? and well you could gradually increase cardio, also tennis is great for losing weight! so the 1st day do 30 min of cardio then 45 then 1 hour gradualy increasing, before you eat somthing ask yourself, am i really hungry, you will ussually find the answer to be no. also try some healthy snacks such as cucumbers and celery that are 0-10 calories!! hope i helped!

ReplyDeleteI think that the best way to stop stress eating is to eat meals which leave you full for hours. I found a way to lose weight that exchanged volume for calories - I was eating more, but eating fewer calories! I lost 50 pounds in a year on this plan. If you really want to lose your excess weight, the best way to lose weight fast is to eat healthy foods:
- complex carbohydrates like beans, steel cut oats or brown rice provide an excellent base for your food plan
- high protein foods like chicken, pork, beef or eggs; or you could go with low fat alternatives like tofu, low fat plain yogurt (without the added sugar) or skinless chicken
- low fat dairy products such as skim milk, low fat plain yogurt, or low fat cottage cheese provide calcium and protein
- high fiber fruits and vegetables are nutritious and filling
- water, of course is very important - drink 6 to 8 glasses every day

Leanne K. - when your stressed out find something else to do other than eat, do something like play with your sister or play with any pets you have, maybe even take a nap if you can. chewing gum will also help you from snacking all the time because its keeping your mouth occupied. i don't know any exercises you could try but i know that you should always make sure you have plenty of water around so you don't get dehydrated and it will keep you more energized while working out. maybe try walking just a little bit at a time. every time you walk a little further you'll become a little bit stronger and be able to walk further the next day.
