I don't think that was enough because I also workout out alot. It is 8:45 PM should I eat something else (and what) or should I not because it's too late? Thanks
Paris - yes you should. eat something light but filling, like toast. and maybe try some water and tea. if toast isnt enough make pasta. good luck. by the way, if you work out and dont eat much, you will make yourslef sick, very sick. hope i helped
Nicole Montgomery - Time of day does not matter when it comes to eating food, thats a myth. However , eating an hour before sleeping can be bad for your teeth. But no its worse for you to eat so little. Eat something!
spockrocks2000 - Depends how soon you are going to bed. If it's in a couple hours or more go for it, but just not too much.
