Arms (upper arms)
Stomach (and Lose fat, it's jiggly)
Legs (upper and lower)
I'm gonna try and eat healthy. And exercise.
So I'm a 14 y/o girl.
So my Q's are;
How do I tone all those places.
What are meals I can eat at school (sandwiches and stuff)
How can I not procrastinate?
BQ; how often should I get new clothes if I'm losing weight, but am a growing teen?
And dont say you don't need to lose weight! It's not I want to lower my weight, as much as I want a flat belly, and toned muscles.
.^. - okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess toxins in your blood or fat to lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:
ReplyDeleteStop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like junk foods, at first,,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,use only steamed, baking or grilled methods for preparing fish or chicken.
also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.
* you should lose about 10 lbs per month
Emma - ignore what the other person said eat like you do and then just excersize a little everyday. get into a rutine and you will keep with it
ReplyDeleteSarah Stephen - I lost about 7 pounds in a month by simply walking. The reason for this is that it isn't a hardcore exercise and even you do stop the hourly walks, you still walk in your everyday life.
ReplyDeleteI ate a lot of yoghurt and reduced my fatty food intake! Lots of apples and carrots. Celery helps you lose weight because simply chewing it can reduce the weight! Get regular sleep, losing sleep can actually differ the weight.
One more thing, weigh your self in the morning because that is your true weight. If you weight yourself at say, 8 pm, its all the weight of what you ate through out the day. So weigh yourself after you wake up.

Starr Emal - You can lift weight(3 pounds) fo upper arms- 4 reps of 15 lifts while doing lunges. Or if you don't have weight lift water bottle and do reps of 25.
ReplyDeleteDo crunches not sit-ups for your stomach. Sit ups just build muscle under the fat.
You can do squats and yoga poses to tone your legs.
Just get new clothes when your old ones stop fitting. Which shudnt be too often. I lost 20lbs and dropped 4pants sizes and I still wear my old ones sometimes.
