Edit: Star jumps and excersize is a good idea, but it isn't too fast, because that atleast takes five-ten minutes before you begin sweating or feeling heat.

ReplyDeleteSima Nazarenko - well if you know you get cold that easily then you should wear something more warmer than just a plain t-shirt. Or can can warm up by doing something, like walking faster, if you're for example taking a walk and eating ice cream.
ReplyDeletePenguini - Wear lots of warm clothing! No matter how comfortable it is, or how silly you look, it will benefit you. Try drinking soup after stepping into the cold air, it's refreshing, hot and healthy (depending on the ones you get. I recommend tomato soup or any vegetable type of soup). Also rubbing your hands in when you're outside helps your hands become warm, so do that too. Umm, that's all I can think of! Just try staying away from the cold and wear clothes which wrap you up and help fight the cold!

formerly_bob - First, put on extra clothes ahead of time when you know that you are going to do something that will make you cold. This is the most effective thing you can do. Another thing that helps in the long run is to perform aerobic exercise for at least 20 minutes on most days. I don't mean exercising to warm up after you get cold. Exercising regularly causes the body's thermostat to increase. A person that exercises regularly does not get cold as easily, and they are able to warm up faster because the muscles have a much greater capacity to generate extra heat.
